How does the constant temperature basin faucet adjust the temperature?


We only know that the thermostatic basin faucet is convenient to use, but how does the thermostatic faucet adjust the water temperature? What principle is it used? Today we will briefly introduce you!

 

  The thermostatic faucet can automatically adjust the water pressure of the cold water and hot water in a very short period of time through the thermostatic valve plug that comes with the faucet, so as to maintain the stability of the outlet water temperature, and no artificial adjustment is needed at all.


The thermostatic basin faucet first appeared in Europe. At present, there are mainly two types of automatic temperature control methods. They use different constant temperature basin faucets: one is a Wax Element valve core. The paraffin temperature sensing module works by pouring high-purity special paraffin into a small copper container with a rubberized sensor flap.

 

  The other is the use of shape memory alloys (SMA for short) springs for thermostatic valve cores. The most important part of the SMA thermostatic valve is the shape memory alloy spring. The shape memory alloy spring made of nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) alloy changes its shape through the temperature of the warm water after induction mixing, thereby pushing the piston to regulate the cold and hot.
