Hot and cold faucet internal structure analysis

For many of my friends, buying a faucet is a matter of course. We will not study the structure and principles of the faucet. Today, we will introduce the internal structure of hot and cold faucets and see how the hot and cold faucets are formed.

First of all, let's get to know what a faucet is. The faucet is the popular name for Shuizui. The switch used to control the flow of water has a water-saving function; the faucet for hot and cold water is an extension of a common faucet.


1, the valve structure of the valve

  The valve core is the hub of the faucet and determines the quality and service life of the faucet. The general valve core mainly includes a ceramic valve core, a ball valve core, a stainless steel valve core, etc., of which the ceramic is the best.


2, the main body of the faucet structure

  Whether it is an ordinary faucet or a hot and cold faucet, the main body is a body, and the main material is bronze and brass. Of course, there is no shortage of more high-grade faucets that use more advanced materials.


3, the internal structure of the faucet structure

  The internal structure of hot and cold water faucets is mainly composed of connecting gooseneck, punching tube, sealing ring, lower packing box and connecting center tube; cold and hot water taps have cold and hot holes, and sealing rings ensure the sealing performance. The core mainly controls the opening and closing state of the two holes, and the main work is controlled by the ceramic chips on the core.
